Last time I got down to my goal weight, all I really did was protein shakes in the morning (1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop whey protein isolate, and 1 cup fruit), smaller portions and less carbs, so that's about as strict as my diet will get. Our place isn't really condusive to working out at home, so I'll be hitting the gym at least 3 days a week. Of course, first I have to find a job to pay for the gym...

I'm having the same problem with finding a place to workout. We live with Brian grandfather in a small duplex and I do not want to do my videos with people around. Haha. So either I need to find a gym or walk to the local park and do running there. Still trying to figure that part out.

Lol Actually you should taunt a group of teenagers, young hoodlins if you will, and when they start chasing you, you're forced to run! So there's your workout plan. Do that a couple times a week until you lose weight.... or until they catch you

Until they catch me and kill me. Hahaha! Brian spoke with his grandpa today and he said I could use the back patio to do my workouts! Theres plenty space and it's fenced in so nobody can see me. Brian is gonna set up a stand for my laptop or whatever i use.

Not doing strictly whole30 yet but doing mostly whole30 since wednesday and I'm already feeling more clear headed and less foggy! Also craving sugar less and less which is a huge plus. :-)
