To get your starting statistics we recommend:
Using calipers, obtain your Body Fat Percentage. Here's how.
Send that number to 2016weightlosschallenge@gmail.com
.....Also, for YOUR records.....
Take "before" photos of yourself.
You may want to also take your measurements, Like This.
Weigh yourself (in the morning, wearing just underwear, in a meadow.)
Write all these things down so you can track your own progress as you go.
Prize Day schedule:
May 14th - 5% of pot goes to man and woman with highest percentage lost. ($50+ per person)
July 30th - 5% of pot goes to man and woman with highest percentage lost. ($50+ per person)
October 15th - 5% of pot goes to man and woman with highest percentage lost. ($50+ per person)
December 31st - 1st place overall gets 40% ($400+)
December 31st - 2nd place overall gets 20% ($200+)
December 31st - Winning couple gets 10% ($100+)

Actual prize values will be posted once everyone has signed up.
Every Prize Day we will have a party so we can all celebrate together.
Here is a link to the calipers we will be using to measure body fat percentage. You can buy a pair for yourself or come to a Prize Day party and measure yourself there.
ONLY your body fat percentage needs to be shared. Your weight, progress photos and measurements are only for you to keep track of your own progress and you don't even need to do them to participate in the challenge.
