I thought i would post a little how to guide for adding pictures to these forums.
1. go to postimg.org
2. click browse to choose an image from your computer
3. choose your image size or choose don't resize picture
4. click family safe then click unload it
5. scroll down to copy and paste thumbnail for forums (1)
6. paste it right in where your comments typically go.
7. Taunt your friends with pictures of your workout or your new skinny, sexy bod.
