Anyone else going to be running/jogging? I started the couch to 5k today. Great program that I've done many times. Got me to love running and up to 13 miles before my babies! Crazy that 60 seconds was hard today!

Yes I plan on starting that too but next week I used to love running before too but not as much to keep it up. This time I want to really love it and keep it up forever!

I definitely plan on doing a C25k. But I'm going with the It Starts with Food principle and focusing on clean eating first. Once this month is over and I'm not carrying so much extra weight I'll start with cardio based exercises. Might start biking before that time though, since its so low impact.

running is not in my near term plans. Gonna weight train with semi heavy weights, mixed with p90x cardio and possibly some biking mixed in.
